Velocity Fitness & Health is a very functional gym with highly motivating trainers. No class is ever the same and you are guaranteed to have an exhausting but rewarding workout each time. Dave and the team cater for all ages and fitness levels and take the time to get to know you personally to help you achieve your goals and make you feel like a part of the family. Highly recommend.

Velocity Fitness & Health is the place for any person wanting to improve their health and fitness. Regardless of your age, fitness level or your goals Dave and the other trainers will work with you to help you get to where you want to be. The group sessions are never the same so you won’t get bored and there is a wide variety of equipment if you want to come in and do your own thing. Since going to Velocity not only has my fitness increased but my overall well being has improved too.

Such an enjoyment walking into the doors of Velocity, doesn’t matter your age, everyone makes you feel welcome! Good range of classes. Superb trainers! Would highly recommend this gym to everyone.

David is a consummate achiever, always looking to get the most out of life. He is driven and has an uncanny habit of getting the most out of his clientele. His approach is utterly professional and often yield results far beyond many gyms I have had experience in. His programs are flexible and safety is of course paramount when dealing with his clientele. I would recommend s that anybody of any age or fitness level take a look at what he has to offer. He always has time for his charges which is more than can be said about some if the larger fitness chains. The environment its very friendly and you can't help but feel welcome when partaking in his classes.

Love this place! The people, the trainers, the classes, the atmosphere. Best way to get rid of the stress of the day - some hard work with some great people!
