The food in Vans is always so delicious! Full of flavours, love the Asian twist. So fresh and yummy. Staff is really nice and attentive. One of my favourite restaurant in Cottesloe! The duck spring rolls must be one of the best I've ever had!
This was a breath of fresh air. First time in a while that I walked into a cafe and felt like I was being invited into a friend's lounge. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Coffee was really nice, not too hot and burnt. The food was very nice and the serve was generous.nService was friendly and efficient. Thanks guys you are one of our locals now so will be back
A lovely casual Friday dinner at an outside table on Napoleon street. Van's offers excellent food, good value for money, great service and an enjoyable atmosphere. The chilli beef rice paper rolls were really fresh, and the lamb & potato curry the best dish I had in a long time!
I had a delightful casual dinner at Vans. They’re open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a great spot any time of day. The cozy atmosphere, complemented by the large window that lets in plenty of natural light, makes it an inviting place to dine. Plus, there’s more seating inside than it looks from the outside.nnOne thing I truly appreciated was the Asian twist in many of their dishes. I ordered the steak for dinner, and it was perfectly juicy and cooked just right. It came with chimichurri that added a bright, zesty flavor. The bean sprouts and coriander gave it an extra Asian kick, and the red onion puree added a pleasant sweetness.nnFor the entree, I tried the rice roll with chilli lemongrass beef. The filling was full of flavor, reminiscent of pho, though the roll itself was a bit thick and chewy for my taste. Still, a solid dish overall.nnThe cakes on display caught my eye, but I was too full to try any—definitely something to look forward to on my next visit. The service was also excellent; the waitstaff were friendly and efficient, and the food arrived quickly. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience :
Great place and the breakfast was second to none.
