Best scrambled eggs on earth. Great menu full of goodies... Mains are $20-35 Service is superb... Nothing is too much trouble. I ordered a Canadian club and Dry. It had slice of lime in it. I Prefered not to have lime. There was no hesitation in replacing the drink. That, dear readers, tells me that customer satisfaction comes above the cost. Vans is open to the natural light. The venue, is welcoming. Inside the classic wooden seats are a bit uncomfortable, but hey. 5 Stars. Try it. I think you'll like Vans... Parking out the front and adjacent.

Adore Vans! one of my most ideal places to eat. The venue is fresh, happy and bright. I find vans a helpful place to eat when on a diet especially. I find their healthier options to be delicious and well worth going out for!

Recommended by a friend. Certainly didn't disappoint. Great menu....also vegan & vegetarian. Friendly staff and helpful.

VAN'S here in Cottesloe WA is open LATE---which is a Unicorn in WA---most places are closed between 4:30 and 6pm! I was late one night catching the bus back home from having been in the CBD, the weather was horrid, so I was happy to see that Van's was open. The manager made me a special dish because I wanted a sandwich and not a huge meal. It is the best chicken sandwich that I have had in WA. This place is great for meeting friends and family. It has a massive variety of food, and the staff are attentive and interested in meeting your needs. They even have Vegan dishes here! It's a good place to be!

Poorly run restaurant. Not only are the staff rude but over the last year the portion size of meals has decreased severely. I payed $18 for an open free range chicken sandwich and got one piece of bread with 3 lettuce leaves on top and a small portion of chicken... not really your bang for you buck Vans.... used to be twice the size. Not happy! and will not be rutrning to this pretentious excuse of a cafe/restaurant. Lift your game..
