Vanrooy service was excellent. We bought a Merand divider which has changed our workflow! It’s a very useful machine, easy to use, fast and accurate. I recommend it, all bakery need one. 16-17kg half proofed sourdough cut by 20 in 1 minute. Absolutely amazing. Thanks again.
Their motto would appropriately be INDIFFERENCE TO CUSTOMERS: significant order delays relative to expectations created in T&Cs and verbally during sale process our order, prior to any further bad news, is shaping up to be possibly 25 weeks to delivery versus the 8 to 16 weeks; progressive bad news in relation manufacturing and shipping delays is dribbled-out only when prompted for information via email or text; unwilling to provide shipping details that would provide transparency around their supply chain to instill confidence that they are working in their customer’s best interest; staff seems not empowered to act except under direction of principal of business who is rarely available and rarely returns calls as he is “traveling constantly”; facetious question in relation to enquiries about delayed orders seems to be a standard “let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.” In the meantime, our business bleeds lost opportunities and extra costs because we have committed our cash to the wrong supplier. Buyer beware!
James has been brilliant to work with, Vanrooy helped us to test the machines we were interested in and have helped through out the process making everything simple.
These hooligans and dangerous. They drive around abusing Motorists on the road. I never said such disrespectful aggressive road rage before.
