Charged more price than displayed and didn't even reduce it and were rude in dealing with. Avoid.

Pretty disappointed  cafe owner called 2 weeks ago for a product quote for a tank. Haven't heard anything from them so call back today and sales person was to lazy to search for product for me directed me to website to find code for her ! So I did that and when I type product brand in nothing shows. Pretty disappointed in lack of effort especially after me telling her still waiting for a response after 2 weeks.

Listing prices without gst is ridiculous! It's open to the members of the public and I had to pay more than anticipated when I had already committed to purchase. Not happy with this change in policy. Otherwise okay store w good selection if you are a business, but not great for everyday public
