These guys don't stock the items they sell, they don't list quantities available either. You take a risk buying from cafeideas as what you buy might not be in stock. I bought a fridge for 3600, I called to make sure they had stock. They called their supplier and assured me stock was available. I bought the fridge. Few days later was told out of stock. They offered me another fridge for 1000 dollars more. Now I have to wait for the refund to clear before buying another fridge which is going to cost me in the long run. My advice, you see something on their site google the exact name of it and try find the supplier they buy from and buy direct. Safer and less likely to be let down.
Cafeideas was great to deal with! Dean was so helpful and professional, was shocked with how fast I received my order especially due to covid! Highly recommended and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for a smooth and easy process.

Recently we required help with one of our products and even though it had been a year since we touched base, our Cafe Ideas Reprepresentative looked after us and ensured we were looked after and our issue was resolved. Have recently purchased chairs for our cafe. They are a poor design and tip over when people sit on them. We have had numerous incedents in the week since the chairs arrived with customers falling and hurting themselves. Glasses and plates have been smashed due to the chairs rolling forward into the tables and sending customers falling forward. We contacted cafe ideas privately to ask to exchange the chairs for a safe design and they have refused to assist. So incredibly disappointed and are now contacting NSW fair trade.
