I’m a regular customer here. Service and staff are excellent. Products very reasonably priced and good quality. Wide choice of knifes for any budget! And also all those little chef things you need!
Club chef used to be my favourite go to place to buy any kitchen equipment or uniforms, however during my recent experience in club chef, one of their lady staff whose background nationality was from Philippines was utterly rude to me and my friend when we wanted to try or check the kitchen shoe size, she gave us the impression that we were gonna damage the shoes and accusing us of damaging shoe liability. So unprofessional and rude.
First of all if your customer doesn't know about your policy or product you need to explain and tell them what to do or not instead of talking rudely and pushing them from shop worst experience iam not saying all the staff one staff member she have zero patients I don't have to mention her when you go there you will find out zero customer service so I hope she will improve that in future.
Quality range of chef and kitchen products in this store located right near Central Station. Cameron was very helpful with a level of service rare these days in retail.

I was there for shopping today at around 12:35PM. As gentleman man there at front desk he asked to sign in as we sign in. That’s all good. As we enter inside and start looking around and shopping a lady suddenly came in saying Hey did you guys Sign in can I see? And I said what’s going on ?? How many times you guys check ?? She was so angry and starts speaking vulgar words. This does not make any sense, as we are also working in hospitality we know how to treat customers but this lady has no communication skills, very poor customer service skills, angry and upset with customers kills business no matter who she is. She seriously kills this business one day. As living close I love shopping at this place and come frequently with my friends as well but this time customer service from a brown girl was ridiculous.

The customer service was truly outstanding! The manager was friendly and professionalism, had an honest support, she show a lot of knowledge and advised for me as a student and getting myself ready for it! She demonstrate a positive vibe toward me she made me felt supportive and happy! And said she was happy to assist me as a customer what the best suitable recommendation for myself and didn’t have to apology for her staff experienced as their trained! But all the experience I felt really great about the experience :
