Just had a terrible experience with the checkout lady, Inaloo store, exchange refund harrasing me for 10 minutes just to tell me I need to show her the right card number where both my right card numbers in front of her, Zip pay & Commbank. However I had to log in to my Zip account app to select any cards, as my bank card is on that app as well. And because I paid tap opening the app from my bank debit card , it showed a different last digit for security reasons.  I didn't know that and she knew that but didn't explain me at all. Kept asking me to find the same card or she can't do anything. Then I opened my bank account showed her the real transaction and still she won't let me use the card and kept telling me to show her the online card number from the exact app I paid from. Then I logged in to Zip account as I paid from that app , she again got mad saying,  I don't believe you paid from Zip card!!! It was the app I had to log in to use my bank card as the same way I paid !!! She was extremely rude and impatience. I could see how much she hates her job. My point is not to complain just to get punished.  She should acknowledge how much she hates her job and take action towards job switch may be and she needs improvement and management in her customer service skills.  Compulsory.

Very helpful staff... Sophie went above and beyond to help me find sizes in a last minute outfit! Massive thanks to her!

Some gems in the rough! Worth a look through as occasionally there is a great quality piece of clothing for a great price.
