The online store used to be very good I ordered some items Paid for a leather shoe and they sent me a synthetic shoe by mistake I then contacted the customer service team via email They got back to me within 2 days the returns process works well They acknowledged their mistake They fixed the mistake Because it’s their mistake they pay for postage I just received the shoe I had paid for by priority delivery and it got here quickly even though it’s just before Christmas My faith in Rivers has been restored Also going forward the quality of goods is getting better and better The value for money of Rivers goods has always been good and is getting better as the quality is getting better! Thank you Rivers!

Another great Rivers Store offering great customer service from the moment you walk in! Absolutely love the layout and couldnt fault the great value for money either. The clothing is fashionable upto date and is changed regulary to account for changes in season. A must visit destination next time your at Perth Watertown!

Customer service was awful. She dropped the receipt and didn't try to help to pick it up and even wasn't apologetic.
