This is the first time that my son and I had ever been to YD, but our experience was great. There was a very good range of affordable, decent quality clothes and the service was excellent. One young lady i've forgotten her name helped us as soon as we entered the store and continued to be on hand if needed. I called back this morning and spoke with Shasta the Manager to get an emailed receipt, I had declined it at the shop - not only is she sending me that but she's already texted me a photo of the receipt. We also want to swop to a different size hoodie to the one we bought and she couldn't have been more helpful, even offering to put one aside for us when the new stock arrives and calling us when it gets there. We'll definitely be back as bought the product and service were good - there's far worse in Perth!
Dropped in a week ago - I needed an outfit at short notice and had no idea. Fortunately, the girls in the shop were fantastic and sorted me out with minimum fuss and cost. Thanks team!
Great sales etc. However the level of service has and was appalling. I have previously worked in retail and customer service is extremely important to a business. I can tell you. This is 1 store that lacks basic customer service. No hello.. no "can i help you" .. this is simple. The store was a complete mess.. hangers.. clothes and shoes on the floor. Messy! We were waiting for a changeroom for 20.. 25 mins. That is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention only 3 of the 5 change rooms were available. In such a busy time, i am sure another 2 rooms would have helped. There was a family of 3 men who used 1 room to kept swapping between eachother. There was no management or attention to customers in this store. The staff were yelling to eachother across the store. YD, your level has gone down.
