Rude! I have been purchasing PPE from this store for 6 years only to be told they are not a fittout store and to pretty much leave without even letting me explain. Congratulations, you have now lost a loyal customer and a $200 sale.

No assistance from the staff, not even a smile. If you’re in a bad mood simply stay home or change job. Definitely my last time in.

I'm the walk in customer... Ring them up first before come in to the shop. Looking for safety boots.. Got the shoe i wanted but the service pretty dull. No smile.. no conversation.. even i said thanks after paid the shoes.. they not even say thanks or welcome back... If i know this is the service I'm going to get, i rather go to other shop instead..

Not really the best experience, but they try. Attention to customers will surely up the rating. Good variety of work wear at fairly competitive price.

Good selection of safety wear had my exact size and colour, but seriously the owner needs to retrain there staff, probably the worst customer experience I ever had, they don't even register your actually there, was in store for half an hour, had to find my own size, no one approached me to help, once I tried item on I then walked up to counter not even a hello, girl just put item in bag and said the price and how are you paying, go to leave I said thanks and guess what? No response, straight away in my head I thought, i'll never be going back there again.
