I had the most loveliest helpful staff member help me out with some options and advice at the Innaloo store. The receipt says served by Susana. I hope I have mentioned the right person as she made my day.

Of all the branches I’ve shopped at, the ladies at the Innaloo store are the nicest and most helpful. It’s not the closest store to me but if I need something from Dotti I will usually make an effort to shop at this one for the good service.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to comment on the service I received Friday 6th July, at your store. I didn't get the girls name, but she was so lovely & helpful, and very professional too. A young blonde girl... I popped in on my lunch break & she couldn't have been more inviting if she tried. Thanks for your help yesterday mystery blonde girl - was much appreciated & the best service I've received in a long time in retail

The staff are very rude & unhelpful. There is one in particular with two toned hair that had an awful attitude
