I thought it was just me and I was being a Karen, but I got the rudest service at the counter and I mean the kind you would never speak to a customer about just because I asked a question. I went in last Thursday night, it was 8.15 and they had closed the door over half way, were vacuuming around everyone who was trying to shop, with cord everywhere, and this shop attended kept swooping past me just moving the cloths on the racks for no reason in a very agreessive manor. It’s like I wasn’t supposed to shop there, like they didn’t want us in the store to actually look and purchase cloths. I’ve never seen both counters working and the way staff swoop around as opposed to actually helping. I feel better now knowing that I am not the only one who can’t believe how bad this customer service is. Doesn’t deserve even a star

The older brunette lady has to be the rudest person I've ever come across! In what world is it acceptable to dig at someone about their size and basically make out they don't know what clothes will fit or treat them like they are dumb or tease them whilst they are paying for their purchase?!?!? What an absolutely disgusting human being!!!! Some people ought to remember that it's the paying customers that pay their wages!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Went in today to shop with my mum and went to ask the lady working about a skirt and if there was another colour in the same style. The woman raised her voice at me saying that I needed to look for a change room myself then walked away abruptly even though I hadn't said a word about wanting a change room. After I came back to her to try and get an answer to my previous question, I couldn't get a word out before she told me to go look for a change room and that I needed to 'open my eyes'. Mind you I turned around and placed whatever clothes I wanted on a counter and walked straight out as I wasn't going to be putting my business into a store that has unbelievably rude workers. pretty big shame considering I've never had a problem at any other valley girl than this one.

Worst experience with this store, the store lady was rude and have no manners of customer service and not listening to customers at all. She was the most rude person. Shout on us for a litle misunderstanding when i asked for the price. Never coming back in chermside store.

Valley girl never disappointed with the service or fashion it has something for everyone. I notice that is very modern and up to date with current trends. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I love seeing what is on offer and usually find something to buy.

If I could give 0 I would, I went into the store to buy new jeans and as a wheelchair user I was disgusted to find out that they were using their disabled changing room as a storage room and as if that wasn’t bad enough I was offered to go to the end of the change room hall and change as they held up a towel to cover myself while I changed, this issue needs to be fixed THE DISABLED CHANGING ROOM ISN’T A STORAGE CLOSET and people with disabilities shouldn’t be made to feel like a second class citizen or like they don’t belong

I would definitely give no stars if I could. I've heard so many horror stories about the management from this store not following fair work policies and treating employees like trash. Management dismiss employees on a whim without investigation. Would never shop here in my wildest dreams. It's cheap tacky clothing that breaks after the first wash.

Staff aren't the greatest. I visit to see sales and new clothes, and I have never been greeted by anyone on the floor. I always have to chase someone down to find what's on the mannequin. Sizes are constantly ridiculous.

I bought 2 dresses this morning around between 10-11am , Westfield shopping center, the cashier had no cares about her customer usually when you pay she or he will greet you ,but this lady doesn't care at all, never say anything as long as you pay thats it, No greeting No thank you as in nothing, first time i encountered a shop like this.You need to train your staff how to greet your customers and say thank you once the customer pay.

cheap girls clothing. staff is nice. sometimes you can even find cheaper clothes on sale. there is lots of things, but basically all same material.
