RSEA Safety Kedron

To say that this store lacks capable staff would be a significant understatement. I have been unfortunately buying my work gear off them for about 7 years now. Every single time I go here I am severely disappointed. Something as simple as a store transfer or a pair of pants can and WILL take weeks upon weeks to sort to. You can literally call them every single day and they will say it's being sorted but it never is. Do NOT make the mistake of believing a word that any of their staff say as you will come to regret it. And keeping in mind I have attempted to order dozens of items from them over the last 7 years and every single time have been met with false promises and ridiculous dates that come and go without so much as a phone call from them... Please also if your a FEMALE worker avoid this place like the plague. Even though the staff there are mostly female themselves they treat tradeswomen with discontent and I have even witnessed them gaslighting women into buying mens work lines because of their own inability to manage stock levels. RSEA needs to check themselves ASAP.

Popped in on a Friday afternoon- about 15mins before closing time, I quickly ran across to JB HIFI to look at a TV then went into RSEA to buy myself a new pair of work boots, but by the time I got into RSEA I’d noticed a no parking piece of paper on my windscreen…. For popping into another shop for 5 minutes- a completely empty RSEA carpark 15 mins before closing time…. Ensured I didn’t buy my boots and never will again.

Very poor service/greetings from staff. You could at least smile or a quick hello to customers. Also sale prices were higher then other competitors.

Checked the website before I went to the store and got my partner to meet me there in the car because I ride and wouldn't be able to take my purchase home on the bike. Got to the store just after 5pm and they were shut even though the website said 6pm one of the staff came out and said it was because covid and being under staffed. I don't understand how they can operate the whole day under staffed but have to close a hour early. I don't have the luxury of being able to get there any earlier as I imagine is the same for a lot of workers.

Fantastic service, Cara was amazing, worth her weight in gold. I've been to 3 of the shops looking for shoes and they are the best people, like no other. Thanks guys xx

Clean and organized as always. Store layout is easy to navigate and find exactly what you want quickly, in and out. Knowledgeable and friendly staff offer assistance but aren't intrusive which is great. Be on your toes when leaving the driveway as traffic tends to merge into the lane you'll be pulling out into. I drive a little extra distance to get to this store given the pricing, staff, product and fast turn around, like I said, in and out.

Unfortunately this store lacks customer service. Needs improvement. Visited this store 18/6/22 around 10am. Walked in looking for an item I wasn't too familiar with as it was for my partner. Was in there for 15mins no one greeted or asked if I needed help, and the store wasn't busy. Because of this I walked out and headed to another store.

i entered the store, i was the solo person in the store. there was 2 female roaming staff members that as i walked in, neither greeted me or asked if i needed a hand. i proceeded to walk to the work boots, directly near the check out counter. i found the brand of work boot i wanted to try on. the two women i encountered on arrival had disappeared and no one took the time to try and help me at all, not even say hello. i continued, trying on the brand i wanted, and then having to go back and find a difference size. This was the worst service i have ever experienced in my many years. how hard is it to say hello, how are you, can i help you? very very disapointed

This place is massive! Great array of safety gear and workwear, boots, etc. If they don’t have it, it probably doesn’t exist yet! Friendly staff, great service and definitely a ‘go to’ store for all your safety needs.
