Friendly and attentive staff. They were able to help me find what I needed in nearly no time at all and the prices I paid were very reasonable. Had to get new shoes and a tie for a formal event. Trying on shoes was very fast and I was quickly directed to exactly where everything else I needed was. The store was quite messy when I visited though although I'm sure it's not like that all the time.
Went to buy a last minute suit for my son's semi this week. I really had no idea about sizes etc. We were served by Beau. Just when I thought great customer service didn't exist anymore, this young man blew me away with how amazing the service was! We ended up buying everything down to shoes, socks and the belt! What a great experience! Thanks Beau!
I like your clothes but I no longer shop here as I can't use the changerooms. If I have 10 minutes to buy a shirt I don't want to be crammed into a tiny mirror corner with someone else's family and 3 other guys all crammed in accessing the same mirror. I realise it's a sales ploy but in this day and age just let me have a mirror in the room so I can make my own purchasing decisions without your staff trying to convince me it fits. I wonder how many female only stores employ this practice, or can't men dress themselves?
OMG!!! Customer service was appalling, to the staff member who thinks it’s ok to come to work in your swimwear it’s not, nothing more disgusting, clearly you are in the wrong job you were rude with absolutely no customer service whatsoever, don’t speak so rudely to your customer without asking if they need help with sizing or perhaps acknowledge your customers. To the management of Connors perhaps more training needs to be given to all your staff as across the board the customer service was pathetic.
Connor is always great. I own so much of their stuff I'm a walking brochure. Great for basics and '2-for/3-for' offers.
A big thank you to the one I’m sorry I don’t know her name, but the best who helped me select ;which is apparently the coolest shirt I have according to my friends . A 5* for customer service .
Bought some things online and got all my sizes wrong so I went in store to swap them out and Beau ended up finding the perfect fits and on top of that helped me find better looking shirts, pants and even shoes!! Didn't get the teams name but everyone on were absolute legends. Highly recommend and big shoutout to Beau!
Helpful friendly staff good range of reasonably priced stock
I dropped into Connor last Thursday night in a frazzle....I needed the full kit and caboodle and had no idea where to start. The lovely store manager was there in a flash to help out. Suit, Shirt, Belt, Tie, Pocket Square and Boots all sorted in under 20 minutes. The customer service was 5 star and so to was the quality of the gods I purchased! I'll definitely be back.
