Britney was a lovely help! I came to cotton on with my brother needing outfits for a party. Britney helped both of us with the men’s stuff even tho she was over at the ladies section. She was really lovely and really helped that day!
Britney and Billy were both super helpful in the change rooms! They both seems very knowledgeable of the products and were very happy to help me and my friends with our purchases!
Had the worst experience at this cotton on today trying to return an online order with my online proof of purchase In the end it was easier to give and go to another cotton on for an easy return. First cotton on where a simple task has been met with such challenging people working in the store.
Not normally one to give a review on retail places but the staff did an amazing job. Going away this weekend and have a 70s themed party to attend. Of course my wife waited til last minute and still not sorted. So I was there by myself and just stopped in and staff were amazing. Talking to my wife on FaceTime, holding up items to see them properly. All this occurred just before closing where usually retail staff are more occupied with cleaning than customers. Thank you very much. Made my wife super happy and I scored few extra brownie points as well.
was served by a lovely girl, i think her name was regina as it read on the receipt. amazing service, gave me some great advice and really helped me when i needed it the most! regina is not seller she is a a server and puts her time and effort into her customers! will definitely be back.
Came in to buy one shirt for my sister, when I got to the checkout the lady that served me was awfully rude and unwelcoming. She asked me multiple questions to try and upsell me which I understand is their job, however when she asked me the final question, I responded with ‘no’ once again and she rolled her eyes at me, scoffed and proceeded to chuck the shirt on the counter with the receipt and without saying anything to me or looking at me, she asked for the next person. Horrible experience and will not be returning to this store
grace is the funniest, most charming, charismatic, convincing sales associate i have ever encountered. we don’t know her personally, but she was the best saleswoman we have ever met and we love her and will be returning just for her #welovegrace, genuinely made our day.
Supposedly open till 5pm on a Sunday. No note apologising to potential customers for the inconvenience. Just nothing. My wife will be shopping elsewhere
Lovely service. Particularly by the worker named faith. She was so nice and very helpful. Gave us many compliments and overall such a pleasant person. Definitely going back.
Girls loved the dresses they got at 30% of yesterday so much they got more today
