Ramen was cold, broth was pure soy sauce pretty much, the noodle came as a separate "clump" but just stayed as a lump even when added to the broth.

Absolutely disgraceful. Made an order- paid for it (via menulog) then got a phone call saying "oh sorry we don't actually have what you ordered in stock- refund will take 5 business days. 5 days later no refunds call menulog to then find out the restaurant never put through the refund and it's going to take another 5 business days from.today. when asked for compensation for the fact I am now out of pocket for 2 weeks when I got no food my request was met with abuse. Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely terrible. 60 mins for food to arrive. Food arrived cold and missing one whole serve of ramen and the free salad. Called the restaurant who said will send one out, just sent the salad, still no ramen. Delivery driver made 3 visits to the house and still couldn't get the order correct. Customer service over the phone was shocking. Also found a hair in one of the lobster sliders. Highly recommending avoiding this place
