Love my bubble tea, little bit hard to find if don’t know the area but really kind staff and great tea!
I love Utopia but I’d like for them to open earlier. Especially when I’m craving my honey milk tea.

Best Bubble Tea in WA I come here so regularly that one of them knows what order I always get shes already making it as soon as I enter haha.
I usually get a strawberry tea which is my go-to. But today, when I ordered from Myaree, it tasted like water with strawberry syrup; without the tea. Very disappointed !!
The peach tea is my fav it has so much flavour and the service is so nice
Good choices for bubble tea that's always been consistent with other items to pick from e.g. cakes and other treats. Not much to mention about service but the drinks flow without too much of a wait. Haven't had a bad experience out of all the years I've been visiting this place.
