Fast and friendly service, one of the ladies near the front promptly assisted me as I couldn't hide my confusion when attempting to pick out pods for my partner as I'm not a coffee drinker. Overall very happy with the service and my purchase!
I presented to the store to report a slow leak from underneath the main body of my recently purchase machine, expecting a replacement. I showed 2 images to the assistant of the pool of water that had leaked overnight. The assistant tested the machine by running through 3 capsules. The assistant said there was no evidence of a leak so the product would not be replaced. My options were to go online to report via the coffee club or provide video evidence of the leak. As I had purchased the product from that store, that is where the replacement should be provided. Videoing a slow leak from underneath the machine overnight is not practical. I am frustrated as I have a faulty product and am unable to have it replaced at the store where I bought it. I expected more from Nespresso.

The customer service from this store is amazing. My partner and I had an issue with our machine and the team were so quick to help us and we got some free coffee and mugs as well! Amazing staff who set such a high standard for customer service! Thank you so much Nespresso
The boutique is amazing, and getting to try their coffees is a great experience. The only issue is that the Nespresso machines are not reliable at all. I’ve owned a Nespresso Vertuo for only 7 months and it has now been sent to repairs no estimate of when it will be sent back to me, nor a replacement offered. I am now full of pods and no working coffee machine at home.
Purchased a coffee machine today. Chanelle hope my spelling is correct was amazing. She guided us through the workings of the machine in detail. The coffee was perfect and she answered all of our questions. Thank you Chanelle for your help and wonderful customer care.
I had an issue with a Nespresso Coffee Machine, Staff at the outlet attempted to fix it, without much success. However, they made arrangements to deliver the faulty milk pump within two days. As prmoised I received the replacement pump within two days, Excellent Customer Service. Thoroughly impressed with the level of Exemplary Customer Service. Thank You Ajith Gunasekera
Good Customer Service isn't dead after all! Since Saturday I have not stopped thinking about fantastic Frankie was. It was busy, yet he was able to acknowledge every customer and took the time to explain the coffee options to us. He has amazing product knowledge- that Ecuador coffee had an interesting story. Worth going in and hearing about it from him. Great experience- Thank you Frankie!
