Called these guys to purchase the new GTH6 as a family car and was lucky enough to have someone professional and genuine answer the phone. Extremely happy with the buying experience and my new used car. I dealt with Vu as the salesman and Carol with the finance side of things and cant emphasize enough how good they both were at their jobs and how pleasant the whole experience was. Other staff I had interactions with were also very pleasant and helpful. I would be happy to recommend Village Motors to anyone considering getting a used car. Ask for Vu.
It’s no wonder this mob have such a bad name. I called here on Tuesday just gone to buy a new Nissan patrol. I told the salesman how much i was quoted from another nissan dealer. He literally laughed at me and said. I quote… you don’t want to do business with us then we can’t match that price.. i was literally shocked at his response. Such a pity really as our last nissan dealer we dealt with for years burnt us we wanted a new one to do business with. Our company literally buys 10-18 new vehicles a year. Its all good though Bartons at Wynnum were very happy to have our business and give us a deal. Plus we ordered some more new cars for January delivery. Pitty the salesman at village hates his job so much im sure he would have got a nice commission for selling 7?cars in one phone call including 2 brand new TIL Nissan Patrols.
Cannot fault the.warranty service I just received from Village Renault Nissan. They were fantastic. Even though booked to the Max the team diagnosed fixed and got me back on the road in under 3 days. What a GREAT team. Thank you Guys.
Very Happy with VU abd his service at Village Motors. We had been looking for a car for 6 months and were fed up with unclear messaging and communication from dealers. We almost gave up. Vu made the process easy, he was clear and we never felt pressured or rushed . Highly recommend

We purchased a Isuzu from Village Mtrs .the service and price were great. The salesman Vu was great to deal with.
I've had my Holden services here twice and had issues each time. The first time, we had no problems prior to the service. Within 4 days of the service we had a massive coolant leak, which the team there said was just a coincidence. Kudos to them, they did get my car in immediately after I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction, and they also ensured I had a loan car. I did note that on the original service they didn't fill my windscreen wiper fluid, which is a very small thing, but usually indicates a lack of attention to detail. Given how well they handled complaint I decided to return for my next service. My husband dropped the car off and was told they the car was "due for fuel additives" which would add approximately $65 to the cost of the fixed price service. As it was stated as a fact and he hadn't booked the service, he assumed that this was part of maintenance I had booked and was a warranty requirement. At no point was he asked if this should be added, he was told. When I received the receipt after he had collected the vehicle and called the service advisor to question why he had been told fuel additives were a requirement, the service advisor said that he'd misunderstood and implied that my husband was at fault. They did offer me a refund, but I declined as I did not want to pursue the matter further. They also reset my computer system to Apple car play instead of android auto, causing me to spend money on a new USB cable in trying to troubleshoot the problem when phone wouldn't connect. Overall, there is a lack of attention to detail, a history of presenting optional extras as warranty requirements, and a general lack of care. Will not be returning.
Professional and considerate customer service. I recently purchased a second hand vehicle from this company. They are a very big operation and provide services in house for a lot of extras including mechanical servicing, window tinting and much more. I did chip in for a new tint job before picking up our new / used car and the job was immaculate. I did discover some issues with the car after purchase but that was primarily on me and I do kick myself for not picking it up earlier as I would still have bought the car but used it as better leverage on the price negotiations. One issue was possibly a drive-train issue and took it back still under warranty. The mechanical team were very good and understanding. Zero push-back with issue and warranty relevancy. I think if someone was a tad worried about used car company's taking you for a ride I can assure you they are one of the most ethical groups I've dealt with. Of course I'd still be wary, they are still there to make as much as they can.
