Good old fashioned service from a great bunch of guys. Very helpful and well informed with nothing ever seeming to be a problem. Barry was more than happy to let me look over my vehicle multiple times and made sure I was happy with the test drives. Fixed up the minor things i pointed out and we shook hands on a deal I think we were both happy with. In the end i drove away with an awesome van i am very pleased with. A nice easy and enjoyable experience. Great job Barry and staff. Hope you enjoyed your cold ones Give em a go.
I bought a 2014 corolla hatch and it drove amazing, the detailing was clean and quick. Customer service was really good, they fixed any problems overnight so it was roadworthy and up to able to drive away the next day fine. They were willing to solve any issues quickly and personally would recommend to have a look. :
Had a brilliant experience with these guys. Andrew helped us out in finding a great car within our budget, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Given the car is still under warranty, I chose to have it independently assessed a few days after I brought it home. As expected it was in mint condition, with the exception of one very minor issue. I took the car back to All Car today, the issue was fixed without question, and they also replaced my windscreen wipers without being asked! I would highly recommend these guys- the whole experience has been 100% positive.
Had an amazing experience! The car dealer Andrew was very down to earth and went above and beyond then anything we expected. We purchased a Holden Trax and it is such a beautiful car to drive, we haven’t had any dramas with it. The car was in excellent condition and is definitely a keeper! I definitely recommend this place and will sure to be back to purchase again. I would like to thank the team for such positive and professional vibes and will be sure to recommend to family and friends. Well done guys, keep up the good work!
Poor experience all around. Very poor value for money in both sales and trade-in. Sales representative spoke of drunken antics the whole time I was there and was, on the whole, very unprofessional. Had to fix several basic things on vehicle within the first month of ownership - tires far overinflated set at 290kpa when it should have been 220kpa, fluids over filled. Would never reccomend.
Would never recommend, save your money and buy a car from a trustworthy dealership, unfortunately the laws related to used cars work in favour of car dealers
I read all the bad reviews, got a independent pre inspection and took the gamble because I needed a car. Also i got what I thought was a fair price so, I thought I had a bit extra to send to repairs. BIG mistake! I am not sure where they buys their cars from but this thing is a lemon, $5k + of repairs and still counting. I don’t blame them, it’s my fault for being foolish enough for buying a car from doggie looking dealer; No hard feelings, keep Smiling
I like to say a big Thankyou to Michael and the mechanic here. We recently bought a pajero and we found a couple teething problems with it, no fault of theirs. The staff here were always happy to help and fix the issue straight away. It has been very much appreciated. Always good to have a warranty some things can't always be seen or don't happen straight away. Thanks again for all your help.
AMAZING! i bought my Volkswagen Jetta from here in immaculate condition for a great price, the whole team were freindly, helpful and made it all a seamless and easy purchase with great value for money. i had some issues come up later on after my warranty expired but still Luke and his team went above and beyond to help me and get everything sorted i highly recommend Allcar Wholesale for your next car purchase, nowhere better!!
