A huge thank you to Matt and the team, I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Kia! Walking into the dealership the team were so helpful and attentive, Matt made the whole process seamless and easy, my car presented beautifully - exactly how he explained over the phone! So professional and trust worthy! Thank you again! Highly recommend.
When looking for a second car we had looked for a Toyota Yaris across many dealerships throughout the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area. To find the right car with all the qualities that ticked my box locally was a big bonus. From the time we arrive Matt Shaw gave such attentive service and went above and beyond to put me in my into my new little car A big thank you to Matt and the team. I love to support local businesses in the Redcliffe area
If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. From initial enquiry to picking up my new Triton, Logan provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service, keeping me updated on the expected arrival date of my car, the completion of the accessories and shared my excitement at point of pick up. Thank you Logan, Jarman and the team.....one extremely happy customer

MY Thanks and respect to Everyone who works at this Dealership. Barry Matthews
I purchased a 2013 Holden Colorado in June 2022. The vehicle was not ready to be picked up when I was told it would be. A roadworthy hadn't been done up until the last minute, and a mechanical fault was found. I picked the car up days late as soon as it was ready. I was told the car had been detailed, though there wouldn't be time to give it a second clean after being repaired. Upon getting the vehicle home I found a dental pick and an old cigarette - it was extremely disgusting. I travelled twice from the Sunshine Coast to pick up the car - and when I left the dealership there was only a quarter tank of fuel in it. The whole ordeal was a complete disappointment - purchasing a new car should be a pleasant, happy experience. Soon as they had my money I felt all interest and service disappeared. I got an email from them for feedback and detailed my experience. They assured me they would get in contact - that was almost 2 months ago. I would never recommend Norris Motor Group to anyone - they are extremely unprofessional and I have felt utterly let down.
READ THE REVIEWS. The manager, Matt is extremely condescending and rude. He does NOT deserve your commission. Hey guys, aren’t you meant to service a car before you sell it? add this to the fact that you didn’t clean the car hence the insurance policy for an owner prior to the family you told me owned this car before me in the glovebox, and the crumbs left on the floor when I picked it up and the incredibly rude and condescending service I received when I had to bring the car back to the yard 2-3 separate times to fix issues you already said you fixed, this is kind of embarrassing. One star is a stretch. Also, women buy cars too. There’s no need to direct your questions to whatever man I’m with at the time.
Worst experience. I was scheduled to pick up my brought vehicle on Saturday. The vehicle managed to pass a road worthy. The mechanics are across the road who signed off on the road worthy. I believe they are dodgy. I drove the car for 5 mins and the engine light came on. I called Josh who said the engine light will go away if i drive it for a few kms however i felt unsafe as its my first car and they were aware of my lack of knowledge on cars. I was guarenteed over the phone that the vehicle is safe and the mechanics are the best of the best however did not feel safe so I returned the car. I request a refund and was told accounting had already processed my cheque but earlier that day was told accounting didnt work Saturdays which is why I couldn't do an EFT wire transfer. Due to this I was then forced to compromise. Josh promised everything would be safe and sorted within a few business days and it was only a minor sensor issue. I gave benefit of doubt, big mistake. They advised the car will be sorted by Tuesday. I followed by and got a text saying the car will now be delayed a further 2BD. I rang and spoke to the Manager Matt, I was not happy. He took no accountability and accused me of being too emotional and overreacting. The phone call started as "yeah I've already heard all about you". It was a very escalated ugly phone. I again requested a refund and was told "no, tough luck because I sighed a contract". I said I signed a contract for a road worthy vehicle and have every right to a refund. Same stories right up until the next Saturday delivery. Car is finally delivered. I drive it for 2 minutes and park up for a Facebook post photo. I turn the car off and hear hissing from the engine. I phoned Matt and he was adamant it was the aircon. I was going to fall for it again because they are great with words but I said I have had enough and want a refund. He finally agreed to the refund. My refund will not be processed however until the car is picked up. They said they can't get it that same day so will need to wait until Monday for towing as they felt unsafe driving it back themselves. Skip to Monday, I asked for an ETA on refund and was advised now to wait until Tuesday. I had a mental breakdown. I told Matt I was trying to be a decent person and wanted to move forward but will now contact the police and government. Matt texted and said he will pick the car up right away and drove down. Upon pick-up car wouldn't even start for them and they had jump start it to drive it back. Long story short - Bad car. Bad people. Bad experience. Bullies. Thank God I dodged a bullet.
Bought a used car from this place and had problems right from the start, I have spent close to $3000 on repairs which doesn't include the cost of replacing the radiator which this car yard replaced under the 30 days warranty. Out of that warranty I have been on my own, have had to replace the power steering rack and pump just after the 30 day mark, an issue that was caused by hoses being damaged when the radiator was replaced and power steering fluid leaking out. I know that because the loud noise from lack of fluid started as I was driving home from the yard after they did the repair. The engine is still leaking oil which this yard was aware of before I bought the car, so the yard either didn’t replace the rocker gasket like they said they would or that wasn’t where the oil is leaking from. The car is currently at the mechanics getting the belt tensioner replaced and I’m dreading the list of suggested repairs they are going to give me this time. Won’t go through this car yard again. EDIT: the car yards response is generic, they don’t actually make any effort to help the problems. They just reply to make it look like they care.
Really happy with the service I received from Joshua, went to the dealer looking for an economical & reliable second hand car 10 months ago for my daughters who were learning to drive, and time has proven the car has been exactly that since the day it was picked up. Thank you Joshua & team,
Overall experience was good. Fletcher was excellent to deal with. I spoke to him Thursday about a car and I collected it Friday. That is great service. My only issue was that while Fletcher did his best to help me, the pressure to buy “extras” was a bit much. The process is let down by only having one person doing the “extra” packages and I was expected to wait for her. After waiting a while…I insisted on seeing the business manager to pay a deposit bypassing this person. Other than that …all good.
