Probably the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Booked our car in to have a code read for an engine light that continued to appear. The first time they cleared the light with no information given, the second time it was booked in the car went flat before we got it there, we had to get it towed there to find out the battery they put in a month prior was faulty. Due to this, the code once again couldn’t be read. They then told us to just bring the car in when we were in the area once the light appeared again and they’d read it for us, tried this and were told it had to be booked in. We booked it in, had the code read and they told us there was a large sum of stuff that needed to be fixed. We asked for an email of the stuff so we could work out what to do, never approving anything, and that afternoon called to confirm we could pick the car up to find out they’d pulled the car apart so it wasn’t in a state to drive. After a massive stuff around and them trying to charge us for multiple hours of labour, they put the car back together and told us we needed to have it towed home. We organised a tow truck and tried calling them 5 times the same day, with a call back after the fifth attempt. We asked for an invoice to be sent through prior to the tow truck driver arriving, they didn’t send it through and closed for the weekend. They then called us at 7:15 Monday morning when the tow truck driver had arrived for payment over the phone and said they wouldn’t allow the car to go until payment was received, so the invoice would just be inside the car.nnThey are shocking at answering the phones and when they do, it’s someone in their accounting team who has no idea about servicing, the information isn’t relayed anywhere and they will do stuff to your car, and overcharge you for it, without confirmation first.nnWe used to love dealing with them about a year ago but in the last 6 months they have really taken a turn for the worst and become unreliable, inconsistent and non-communicative.nnVery very disappointed. Will not be going back.
Hayden and the team at Narangba are exceptional to deal with. I have been going here for years and the team including their technician Shaun are very helpful and persistent in resolving any issues. They are trustworthy and go that extra mile for their customers. Thanks guys.
Mixed feelings I have previously had good service from this dealer service centre until last month I was simply scammed, promised a job and done exactly what I specifically ask not to do. Very disappointing.
Call on Tuesday morning for a quote. Didn’t hear back so called again Wednesday morning and was told I’d get a call that day. Got a call back Wednesday afternoon to say they had my rego wrong and that they’d call me back with a quote. 2 weeks later and never heard from them
Poor customer service - I booked my car in about a month ago for my scheduled service to arrive with no knowledge of my booking also to be told I would be contacted today regarding this and nothing
