It’s been 6 weeks since I first attended Upwell...
For the first time in decades I have finally found likeminded healing under the one roof.. I have a long way to go but I wouldn’t want to be getting well anywhere else.. Upwell has provided strong support, guidance & a lovely healing nurturing environment....Feeling quite vulnerable this past year,  I have felt nothing but genuine care for my Wellness & Healing

Great multi-disciplinary team in the heart of camberwell! After seeing them on social media, I decided to take a chance at Upwell when I needed them the most. Post a multi ligament knee injury, superstar physio Ash Prowse helped me to regain strength, range of motion and most importantly confidence back in my leg! From starting with massage and quad activation, to gait retraining and specific strength exercise, almost 9 months post surgery I can safely say my knee is getting stronger than ever! The whole team at Upwell provide great customer service by following up on the treatment service and feedback of the clinician. As I am also in the allied health field, I’m not onto a self management plan guided by Ash with check ups when I feel I need them. As you can tell! I think what they do at upwell is fantastic :)

The vision of Upwell Health completely embodies a holistic approach to managing people’s health and I couldn’t recommend this approach more highly. Each staff member at the clinic has been handpicked to ensure that Upwell provides a service that is truly first class. All of the Upwell team that I have dealt with are extremely professional and caring.

So, this is a little bit awesome on the personal reboot checklist.

I just completed a full hour long Pilates group class, the first in a good 5 years. Thank you to the dream team at Upwell Health Collective - Camberwell - especially Hannah, Jennifer Smallridge, Matthew Stanlake and Pat.

This is my home away from home as they work hard to put me back together and keep me moving - no easy task with the myriad of musculoskeletal and other issues I deal with. My days of training 2-3+ hours a day are long behind me, and that's ok.

Today, swimming, pilates, and walking, along with regular physio and guidance from these superstars, are the foundation upon which Operation Rebuild Barbarella continues.

I feel so lucky to have access to an incredible team of such caring, informed and compassionate health professionals.
