I have been a client at Kieser for many years. Through the strength and conditioning program I have been able to considerably improve my running. I would highly recommend the 1:1 training sessions if you want to be pushed to the limit and get the most out of your sessions.
Kieser has been the best experience. A gym where you are never injured and grow stronger. The most wonderful trainers Xavier and Arion and always look forward to my sessions
Exercising has been an important part of my life and since I started exercising at Kieser I feel that my strength has increased and mobility has improved. Thanks to great treatment form Aren and diligent guidance from Chrissy I was able to alleviate muscle tightness and continue enjoying an active lifestyle.
Have been using for 2-3 years and find it a great way to prevent back weakness. Recently was away for several months and noticed a decline in my fitness and sore back. After absence went back to Kieser and within a month was back to old self. I generally use the facilities 2-3 times a week for about 45 mins each time. Staff are friendly and helpful
The physios at Kieser are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and the strength program they set me has enabled me to run faster and pain free. Would recommend to people of all ages and activity levels. My father has been going for years and is now free of the back pain that was severely impacting his ability to enjoy exercise.
I have been attending the Kieser Camberwell clinic for several years and have always found the staff to be friendly and approachable. It is a comfortable and clean environment for training without the machismo that you find in a lot of gyms. The equipment is easy to use and when combined with the Kieser app it is a structured way to train and track/monitor progress. The tailored approach to training with oversight from a highly professional team of physios has delivered great results for me and assisted in significantly strengthening and improving mobility in a problematic knee. Highly recommended.

The whole team at Kieser have been fantastic! The support is personalised and the rehab achievable. Big thanks to Martin and Chrissy in particular, who have gone above and beyond!
The staff really are friendly and helpful. They are good at tailoring the exercises for you and your circumstances. It makes the training a good experience.
I have been coming here for a few years now, absolutely love it. Everyone is very kind and patient They always get me back feeling my best
