This is a first-rate wellness venue. I have tried the physiotherapy, clinical pilates and mat pilates and recommend them all. The staff are all very friendly and are motivated to help you to achieve your goals, and improve your health. It is the first physio I have seen where you can drink herbal tea and relax in the reception area.

I came to see Eliza with a number of Football (Soccer) injuries. Not only was Eliza's bright and bubbly personality enjoyable but her professional approach was noted. Eliza treated my twisted hip through massage and mobilization, my torn quad through massage and dry needling and my lower back pain she worked out straight away because of my twisted pelvis/hip. Eliza is very knowledgeable and was a fantastic experience getting treatment from her and Life Ready Physio.

Teri is a fantastic Pilates instructor! She challenges you yet provides a caring, nurturing environment. Teri has an amazing energy that is contagious and what I love most is that she caters to individual needs. I am so excited to go back!

This place just changed my life . Suffering from frustrating back pain for two months , then saw Paul. He listened to me , examined me and from the first session I felt a big difference. He has a great knowledge and knows exactly what he is doing. God bless him. And the front desk lady , Nikki, is a true angel.

Brilliant experience at Life Ready seeing Paul for a Physio consultation. I came to Life Ready with painful quads from running and Paul was friendly, warm and professional. Paul was able to treat my injury and give me advice and a training programme to avoid further pain and move forward with my running. I now see Paul weekly at Life Ready to continue with my progress and would highly recommend. Plus a beautiful facility!
