I really felt like i was in good hands! One session with Matt and you know he is an expert in his field. It's hard to find a physio that actually gets results and what best is he's a good bloke and very down to earth. The clinic is very clean and professional and the equipment is first rate. Very happy overall

I visited Matt at Instinct health for some physiotherapy after a sports injury. He came highly recommended by a work colleague. Within two weeks i noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and my pain has virtually disappeared. I have a few more sessions left but i have already noticed a huge difference. The expertise, advice and facilities are first class. I have already referred a few other friends.  Overall i highly recommend this business and Matt.

After two grade two hamstring tears i was dreading the physio and another long rehab. I can honestly say this was the by far the most enjoyable recovery i have ever had. Matt has somehow found a way to make physio enjoyable to the point where i actually enjoyed the exercise program and it was by far the fastest recovery i have had to date. I'v locked him in for my third tear.....when ever that happens ;-).

The clinic director instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome.  The clinic has a lovely atmosphere - a bit of an oasis!  Excellent service and care.
