Hard to beat a sunny day at Otago.nnThe university grounds are honestly stunning — that classic Clocktower building with its stonework looks straight out of a movie, especially with blue skies overhead. Everything feels open and peaceful, with the river running through and students lounging on the grass or grabbing coffee nearby.nnI wasn’t expecting the campus to be this beautiful — there’s something really calm and grounded about it. You can tell people here love where they study. Even the walk to uni is nice, with the city centre so close by and heaps of old trees lining the streets.nnDunedin gets its fair share of moody weather, but when the sun’s out, the whole vibe lifts. Makes you want to sit on the lawn with a book and never leave.
A great and beautiful uni, where our girls get their quality education for their profession.
Otago is known for its vibrant student life, particularly its flatting, which is often in old houses. Otago students have a long-standing tradition of naming their flats.nThe University of Otago's main campus is in Dunedin, which hosts the Central Administration as well as its Health Sciences, Humanities, Business School, and Sciences divisions.nnThe architectural grandeur and accompanying gardens of the main campus in Dunedin led to its being ranked as one of the world's most beautiful university campuses by the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph and American online news website The Huffington Post.

Attending Otago Open Days as our son considers next year’s studies. Day one so far and very impressed in terms of tour of dentistry school then introduction to residential colleges and tour of two of those so far.nThe Expo hall in the castle theatres is impressive and the app for the open days well organised.
