Outstanding workmanship. If you need floor grinding look no further! Don't waste time and money on dodgy jobs! Benjamin takes pride in his work and is very meticulous. The cleanliness is fantastic. We never thought that grinding concrete floors would leave no dust. He is very well equipped and very organised. Highly recommended.

Benjamin from Universal Flooring did an outstanding job removing our old spraycrete from around our pool, house and the driveway.  I have no hesitation in recommending his services. He takes great pride in his work, was extremely tidy and left no mess whatsoever.  We could not have asked for more.

Universal flooring removed tiles for my unit and bathroom and prepared concrete for re tiling.

Very reasonably priced, very honest and trustworthy guy , great quality of work .

Place was left as clean as one could want after stripping and attention to detail formed a great platform for following tradesperson to tile .
