Story

Lectel can provide the Certificate of Electricity Supply, enabling you to seal plans with Council for your proposed subdivision.

Lectel specialises in NBN pit & pipe design for new estate developments all over Australia, and design of electrical reticulation & street lighting in Queensland and NSW. This service includes design, tender and contract administration during construction of the electrical & NBN reticulation including 11KV and street lighting.

Lectel are proudly A1 rated with both Energex and Ergon, winning industry awards for our subdivision design services from Energex.

Our focus in these projects is providing the developer with the most cost effective design whilst handling all of the approvals, tendering and contractor management on behalf of our client. We only use top rated contractors in the industry and maintain a database to ensure the quality of work.

We have signed a partnering agreement with Energex that allows us to streamline the process of gaining the Electrical Supply Agreement and provision of Certificate of Supply to the Developer.

We also work hard with contractors to deliver to the Developer the lowers possible construction price of the electrical, lighting and NBN infrastructure in the estate. Lectel is a nationally recognised consultancy firm with our head office in South East Queensland.
