We recently constructed a home with McLachlan Homes and we are happy to say that we love every aspect of our new home.  The finish is of such a high quality and they really take so much pride in the construction of their homes.  

Before construction began our dealings with the salesperson and our customer service officer where so personal and informative.  Brad’s office kept us up to date on the progress of everything, all variations to our design , paint colors, tile selections, cabinets & absolutely everything to accommodate our individual needs.

When Construction was ready to  begin we were given a program on the stage of the construction, an estimated time frame for completion and an introduction to our site supervisor who was very accessible and easy to deal with.

Before the completion of our home we walked through the final project to make sure everything was at the standards McLachlan Homes’s set and any variations were complete.

After we moved in we found a few little things that needed attention and we contacted McLachlan Homes and they arranged for them to be fixed immediately and it was so smooth and easy.

We would most certainly not hesitate in building another home with McLachlan Homes.  They really just had that understanding of how important it was for us to get what we wanted in our new home.

Apologies I have not been able to put this in writing sooner, work has been very busy.

Thank you to the Maintenance team and Electrical team completed the work last week and they did a really good job with it.

I must thank you and Brad for the great service that we received. We have been in our home for  two years and have had not so great experience with other businesses in the past. 
Being honest I was sceptical and my expectations were not high. 
Having said that from point of contact to completion the whole team was brilliant. The service provided, the work coordination and the overall turn-around time to get the job done with such high standards was simply an exceptional experience!

I have passed our praises for the work done to your team verbally, but we will be more than happy for this to be posted as our sincere review / testimonial for an amazing team of people with customer-centric values working at McLachlan homes.

We recently had the pleasure of  building a new home  with McLachlan Homes.  We have built several homes in the past and it isn’t always smooth sailing.  What a pleasure it has been however to  build with McLachlan Homes.  The process went so smoothly and was so organised and it was obvious that the staff had a real understanding and invested interest in what they do.
I have to say that building with McLachlan Homes makes us feel like we could do it all over again without  question!!
Our supervisor Nick was amazing, communicated so well and really knows his stuff.  Our CSO was always in contact with us and we could access her at any time to discuss anything during our build.  Thank you Shannon for always being so lovely and helpful to deal with.
The quality of our home is so high and we appreciate the way McLachlan Homes ensured that everything was finished off so perfectly.

Stay away from this builder.  There is a huge difference between the sales pitch and the end product.  We have been struggling for over three years to get building defects fixed.  The attention to details is poor and the quality of the overall build is just not up to what was expected.

Although basically happy with the home, the supervisor changed 4 times which was frustrating and had us concerned, and although we finished 5 months ago, they still haven't returned to fix the defects list despite being contacted multiple times.
