We recently engaged Australian Pavement Specialist to undertake an asphalt driveway construction at our building. After having more than a few driveway construction company representatives attend our building to quote on our job, it quickly became evident that Barry & Matt from Australian Pavement Specialist were vastly more professional, experienced and capable than the others. Their quote was also very competitive. Their machinery is modern and very well maintained. They carried out all work to a very high standard. Our new driveway looks fantastic and we are extremely happy with the outcome. At all times the guys were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Zero Stars. We recently engaged Australian Pavement Specialists to complete resurfacing of a large carpark. Their quote included supply of roadbase to fill any potholes before sealing but on the day when they arrived everything was a mad rush and they just put bitumen straight over the top of everything. Every time it rains now I have a carpark which is full of puddles and within 4 months the asphalt has broken with cars driving over it and is lifting in multiple places. Like a painter who doesn't prep a wall we got a bitumen contractor who didn't prep the site. We got a terrible job and the owner of APS refuses to return to site to fix it. 50k down and still have a carpark with potholes. Dont engage them.
