You would not believe the manner and lack of courtesy given by Sachin, an employee here, who denied us petrol for speaking in the wrong "mannerism". I was neither intoxicated, nor being rude, just told him it was inconvenient to have to prepay which followed by him denying me fuel. I am a frequent customer of United and due to this event taking place, I will no longer be supporting this company.

I'm shocked by the manner which employee Sachin was talking to us when we came in to buy fuel this Monday evening. Refusing to serve a customer when they merely express displeasure at the prepaid system and sending them from the shop saying "I'm not serving you go buy fuel somewhere else". I will never be using United again because of this and will share with all my friends and encourage them to do the same. Very disappointed and expected better.
