Hi there,nI asked for a coffee, but the staff member on duty a mature lady with short hair, one hand eating sandwich and the other hand fixing extra gum and the same time asking what do you want,nI said cap coffee and scan my bp rewards/discount ask me after you Uber driver I replied yes ask for the bp rewards to proof her. They always say that there coffee machine and toaster is on cleaning after 7pm. They don't have butter from last two months. If you have 30 minutes you may be get a coffee, otherwise you waste 5 minutes to get in or hearingn'machine is on cleaning mode'.
From 7pm-9pm i have been to the wild bean cafe so many times after getting fuel at this place and they are always cleaning the coffee machine. It seems more like they are cleaning coffee machine more than they are using it to make coffees.
Visited on 05/05/25 at 7:26 PM to fuel up and grab a coffee. After filling up, I asked for a coffee, but the staff member on duty—a mature lady with short hair—refused, saying the machine had just been cleaned. This is a 24-hour station, so it was disappointing to be told coffee wasn’t available at a reasonable hour.nnWhat made it worse was her unfriendly and dismissive attitude. I greeted her with a smile, but she was rude and unwelcoming in return. I was feeling tired and just wanted a coffee to stay alert, but left feeling frustrated instead.nnI won't be returning to this station again. Customer service matters—especially late in the day when people rely on places like this.
