Such a bad experience on 03.10.2024nThe Aussie stuff was so rude. Argued so much. I think he brought his bad mood from home to work. Highly recommended to the higher authority of this BP to fire this stuff.
Such arrogance. Do not use this servo unless you have to! An older console operator was very frustrated when I inserted my B P card instead of swiping. So many different efrpos machines are around it is difficult to know to insert or swipe. Absolutely no empathy and I refuse to use this place again
Terrible! stressful experience, middle aged white male with messy greyish hair behind the counter 07/08/24 @ 12:30pm was abusive and was swearing at a customer for no particular reason.nIt was racially insensitive.nThere is no customer service at this particular BP.nHopefully BP will do an internal investigation and set things right.
The refund has not come through … the new south asian cashier did not give me a receipt for the refund . Please train your employees well next time. I am south asian . So this is not a racial profiling.nAlso he tore the original receipt like he’s doing something in front of me and when I asked for the receipt for my refund his words “don’t worry I put the refund in to you card” and now no refund and I also can not prove unless it’s is same cashier … waste of my time and money!nnEdit : refund came through v late anyways thank you
Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from the person dealing early morning.nWould never go back there
