Bayswater 7-Eleven in Bayswater is the best. The staff are extremely helpful, their hot food is fresh and their drinks are always ice-cold. Unlike some other stores, this place is always clean and tidy. Martin *boss* has been there for years and has always been polite and kind. Everyone loves him
I visited your Bayswater 7-Eleven this morning around 7:45 AM and was treated unfairly by one of your staff members. While filling my tank, the pump stopped at just $3. I went inside to inform them, only to be told the pump had been turned off because my registration was expired. However, my registration was not expired, and I had to prove this to the staff member, who was very rude and unhelpful, before allowing me to fill my tank.nnI am confused as to how he had the right to refuse service based solely on my registration status, especially since I was in a work uniform, not dressed poorly. After all of this, I left feeling flustered and ended up overfilling my tank by 20 cents. To make matters worse, my card kept declining. As a mother living paycheck to paycheck, I was putting my last $20 into the tank to get to work, and I felt incredibly embarrassed.nnIf it weren’t for the kind gentleman who offered to pay for my fuel when he saw me in tears, I wouldn’t have been able to pay. The whole experience was humiliating, and I feel as though I was unfairly targeted, possibly because I drive an older car. The way I was treated was disrespectful and deeply upsetting.
Martin and his employees are always wonderful and cheerful. Been going to this store for fuel and snacks for 4 years now and never had a single issue. Store is always clean. Coffee machine is very very clean throughout unlike other smelly stores.nnMost of the times fuel is cheap in here comparing to other fuel stations around. 5 stars for the service.
The staff i guess is owner has very bad attitude. We have been told not to drink the slurpee inside the store because we may spill it everywhere, so we had to stand outside the store to finish it. We are just a family with 2 kids, not silly teenager gang.
The staff there was rude and disrespectful, the worst 7-11 I have ever been. Some people are just not suitable to own a business.
