I come here weekly for the cheapest petrol, sadly the service attendant lady that works every Sunday, not friendly. She's rude, never greets or says thank you, and no urgency/slow to respond to customers needing to pop petrol in their cars. It's not hard to provide basic customer service, regardless of what day it is. And perhaps you wouldn't need the sign at the counter asking for customers to respect the workers if the workers provided simple respect to the customers first – just saying.
Coffee machine overflows small cup so I put it in a large cup happened twice been coming here 5 years. Last day today because of the attitude of the man behind the counter, told me it wasn't a small which it was and the machine was working fine. I would have filled the cup to the top of it was a large. Adjust the attitude. I was advising there was a problem with the machine. But yeah you knew everything right?. The lady that works here to is always on the phone and making errors because she is on the phone. Greet your customers with a smile and be kind. Same for the woman. Get off the phone.

I threw it away and was about to leave, but the two male employees on shift insisted I had to pay for it anyway.nnI understand store policies, but forcing a customer to pay for something they didn’t even consume and had already disposed of feels extremely unfair and heavy-handed. I wasn’t trying to steal anything — I simply changed my mind after realising the flavour wasn’t what I wanted.nnI’ve been to plenty of other 7-Elevens where staff handle situations like this with basic customer service and understanding. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The way this was handled left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it’s definitely not the kind of service I expect from a convenience store.nnVery disappointed.
I got a product that expired 3 weeks ago in my doordash order. Please FNFO First In, First Out correctly. You can get someone sick by not checking stock. You should be checking everyday!
Charged twice today for a single transaction. The lady behind the till basically laughed at the complaint and Customer support extremely unhelpful. Been advised to raise it with the bank instead of refunding the amount.
