Deleted my review? Well here it is again. The young south asian looking lady working at around 6pm is extremely rude. This was a month ago so idk if she’s gone now. My sister and i were shopping for some candy and she looked at us and said “hurry up.” I said “what?” She said, “hurry up, my computer is gonna reset in 10mins” or something like that. Ok… maybe say please? Or excuse me, not just tell us to hurry up. So odd. I had to tell a grown woman to say please and i’m a highschool kid. Just rude. She just looked away when i told her to say please like she didn’t hear me. Hope she’s fired.
It's a service station, but with adblue pump as well. Came for adblue. I got adblue. I paid for adblue. The shop wasn't busy, so service was pleasant. Currently a 36°C day and it was aircon'd inside. I suppose this contributed to my experience. All in all, it's the experience I'd always want at a servo.
Worst customer service. Don't buy barista coffee here! The guy was so rude, looking at his computer and eating something while I waited there for him to notice me. I finally said hello and that got his attention. I asked for an oat latte and I'm fairly sure he was looking at his phone while making the coffee. I got in my car with the coffee and it was hot and no foam at all, and I took the lid off and it was filled right up to the brim and it spilt on my clothing!
Worst customer service. I went there Wednesday morning 30/08. Lady was busy with her phone. She behaved like mute without say Hii, Hello. She put amount on the eftpos with mute way and didn't ask for receipt. Owner please trained them for good customer service.
Lady on duty on the 16/2/2024 at 11.00 am is rude and arrogant and not fit to deal with the public. A disgrace to her community
First I was intrigued by the self service kiosk the staff member directed me to. Sounds efficient and something I had not yet encountered. But alas, the experience was less than ideal. I require a receipt in order to be reimbursed fuel for work. A reasonable request and possibly a legal requirement to have the option of receipts with transactions if I'm not mistaken?. Sure enough, it prompts me the question, but the dialog box asking about receipts just flashes before my eyes before disappearing into the ether, nowhere near enough time to hit the bright on screen button. Alas, the poor woman behind the counter is unable to operate the system and request a reprint. "Maybe you can come back tomorrow after 3pm?" She suggests. "Maybe if you talk to someone on the next shift?" In 2 hours time. I inform her I'm not going to wait around 2 hours and this isn't the side of town I live on, so a return journey is not practical. I ask if she can call someone for further instruction on how to print that receipt. She cannot. After a few minutes of this I realise we're at an impasse. I get my pie and I hop in my vehicle and go. I request a phone number to call up later, which she provides, but I don't have high hopes. United petroleum sunshine. I implore you. Fix your system or train your staff better. You've cost me a half tank of petrol money and wasted my time.
Wow, went into buy pies yesterday and saw a blowfly in the enclosed pie display unit. Pointed it out to the female assistant who tried to chase it out. I told her the items needed to be disposed of but this did not happen. No return. Not ever
Website says open till 10pm. They are never open till that time! Sign out front says open but its 9.30 and they are not open. Ive been here at 9pm too and not open!
Closed an hour early and ignored us when we knocked on the window. Open sign was on at the time too!
