Spilt my coffee outside and went in to buy some kleenex and clean up in the bathroom. Cashier treated me like a coffee thief and asked five times if I took coffee. No means no.nI drive an $80K car, do I look like I need to steal $1 coffee from you when I'm buying $10 of kleenex??!nI agree with the other reviews - there are some serious harrassment and human issues at this place, BP HO needs to take some serious note.

I paid $12 for a car wash at BP and the staff member named Mahi gave me a code that didn’t work, even after trying multiple times. When I asked him to come and check, he didn’t show up. I tried again and told him to give me my money back, but when I entered the PIN, it didn’t work either. He then started talking rudely, saying I didn’t even know my own PIN. I told him I didn’t have my bank card with me and asked him to refund in cash, but he refused and told me to come back at 11 when the manager would arrive. I left my money there — it’s not about the money, but his attitude was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Because of him, I no longer feel like using BP petrol stations again.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply troubling and discriminatory experience I had at your Sunshine gas station yesterday.nWhile I was filling up my vehicle, the pump was suddenly stopped by the attendant on duty, whose name is Rohith Goud. When I went inside to ask why, he laughed and told me it was “policy at this time” that I needed to prepay. However, I immediately observed that other customers were freely pumping gas without being asked to prepay. The only apparent difference was that I am a Black man.nWhen I questioned this unequal treatment and asked if it was discrimination, he laughed again. It was only after he gave me his name and I paid for my gas that his demeanor shifted and he became remorseful.nInitially, I tried to dismiss the incident as a misunderstanding. However, after speaking with my daughter, she shared that she too had a very similar experience at this same location. This suggests that what happened to me is not an isolated mistake, but a pattern of discriminatory behavior.nThis behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory. No customer should be singled out based on race or subjected to humiliation when attempting to purchase gas. If such practices are allowed to continue unchecked, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.nI expect a full investigation into this incident, accountability for the employee involved, and assurance that corrective measures will be taken so that no other customer has to face the same treatment.nI look forward to your prompt response.

A Store where customer service makes you feel disgusted and offended might as well have no stock on the shelf.nI will only go there if I have too, but I will try to avoid at all costs.nManors should not be given by the amount you spend, but even still 3 people in minutes before me got treated with disgusting customer service and they all spent over 50$nSo you could imagine the customer service i received when I only spent 20 on 1 pie, and ice cream and can of cake.nnHe didn't say a word not even a nod of acknowledgement except when I looked on screen to see how much he said if you want to check it I'll give you a receipt so you can see I'm right .nI said it's all good Thanks but I'll have to pay card is all.nSale was made, no good bye his gaze of picking his nails went to next customer and starting scanning there products as I walked off lol

This is one of the many petrol stations lined on McIntyre Rd/Sunshine Ave. Adjacent to the Bershire Rd Intersection and close to the intersection with Furlong Rd.nThe petrol market is always fluctuating unpredictably and always changing so its difficult to compare how this petrol stations does against its competitors.nI made the mistake of trying to scan my Woolworths Everyday Rewards card there. Apparently they don't accept that there; not sure whether they used to and stopped, or never did at all. However, you can scan your Qantas Frequent Flyers card or BP Rewards card.
