After a year and I don’t know how much money … my ingrown toenails are worse than ever … had to cancel ONE appointment… was told they would get back to me … never did … when l called in their own sly way sent me an email to see someone else … pathetic if you ask me
Very friendly staff and very efficient! I didn't know what to expect as a first timer, but the experience overall was great! It seemed like my issue was very minor and I thought that was it after explaining to me what was causing it and how this could be resolved plus the recommendations on what to look for when buying shoes. But no, I had like a general care done which was amazing! They make sure you feel comfortable by not rushing you and encourage you to ask questions. Hence, I highly recommend this practice
Great experience as a first timer. Wonderful and warm from start to finish. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. ADRIENNE did a great job with my first ever foot exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Sally on the reception was also great. Highly recommended
Highly recommend. The receptionist was very kind and Louisa was so friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. I already feel so much relief and will definitely always come here. Dr. Adriane was absolutely fantastic. She was so professional and did an amazing job on my feet. Her knowledge and expertise in podiatry was great. I would definitely highly recommend visiting her at the clinic.
I saw Dr. Adrienne twice in the past two weeks and can I say her service is of utmost excellence, she is very caring and thoughtful of her patients. She answers any queries or questions you may have and does not rush her consultation with you. An extremely thorough and knowledgeable podiatrist I put all my faith in her wisdom will be recommending her to friends and family. Receptionist was lovely and easy to approach.
Very welcoming and professionalism to highest standards. From the very first initial phone call to making the appointment right through to the moment of walking through the front door of the clinic has been such a great experience. The time the receptionist had taken the time to assist with my inquiries was very appreciated as I know they were busy. Very caring and polite. My son saw Louisa, who is fabulous. Very thorough with information, happy to answer all my questions and point us in the right direction. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend this place, especially for Children. They make the experience fun for the kids. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Great service from beginning to end. The reception staff are amazing and welcoming. I see Binash who I can't praise enough. She is so thorough and caring. My 9 year old son sees Brant. He is absolutely incredible with him. So kind and explains everything with such care and patience. We couldn't be happier with the service our family receives.
My experience with undefeeted podiatry was fantastic, my feet feel so much better, and my podiatrist addy was brilliant ,gentle and professional, Recommend them to anyone 100%
