One word… DIsgraceful! Unprofessional receptionists who are clearly on the wrong career path, with absolutely no customer service skills, rude and extremely discourteous. Let’s move onto the doctors … hit and miss there unfortunately if you can ever get an appointment and the highly qualified best doctors are no longer there lucky for them not to be tainted with the same brush. Shameful the way patients are treated with passive aggressive, condescending and abrupt behaviour. How this clinic is still in business blows my mind! Get your med records if they will ever release to you, that’s a battle within itself and find another medical clinic. Shame on you all. Doesn’t warrant a star rating but had to give at least one to post review! NIL STARS
A few good doctors but some poor ones also. Doctor Phillip is absolutely amazing super educated he knows what he is talking about and communicates so well. Literally so appreciative to him for being my doctor for at least 4 years now
This clinic is now by far the worst clinic I have ever been too!!! I needed an emergency script for my son who is Autistic and had ADHD, I asked for a phone consultation during the week but they wouldn't let me have a phone consultation because my son hadn't been to their clinic in 6 months, I told them it will need to be a Sunday as I work odd hours and have children which they told me was fine. I made the appointment and came in. When we seen the doctor he asked my Autistic son why he wasnt looking at him when he spoke to him, I told him that he was Autistic and dosent have the social capacity to look at someone he dosent know in which he rolled his eyes and walked out of the room. When he came in I was then told they couldn't give me a repeat script because it was a Sunday and they're only operating on emergencies. I also had an appointment for myself to get medication they had proscribed me. Now I've lived in craigieburn for over 22 years and have been going to this clinic since it opened. They have all my records but today insisted they couldn't give me my injection because I haven't attended the clinic in nearly 12 months and that I need to go to my regular GP to get it done. When I told them that they are my regular GP, they told me they weren't taking on new patients and to go somewhere else! Yet upon arrival I witnessed someone filling in a new patient form. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour! And I will be making a formal complaint to the medical ombudsman about this type of behaviour from professionals who are supposed to care for you and provide medical services!! Do not go to this clinic!!
Manager has no empathy and has a zero care factor. If you are going to work in this field you need empathy!!! Although the reception staff are very nice the lack of empahty from the manager I would not return! Save the time and go to another clinic who genuinely cares about their patients!
Today I tried to get an appointment with a doctor. None were available..I understand you are busy but I had explained to the receptionist that I was in a lot of pain and all I needed was a prescription for pain relief. I explained also that I'm a single mother with 3 disability children she didn't seem to care and told me to call back at 10am the next morning..obviously she wanted me to stay in pain for that long..disgusting. I'm sure it wouldn't take long for a doctor to call me and print off a prescription. there is no compassion whatsoever. this has happened to me before in this clinic.
I have been going to this clinic for about 10yrs and have found some of the Doctors to great unfortunately they leave Reception staff have always been wonderful unfortunately for the pass 3yrs with covid, it’s been tough on them all! Including being short on doctors !!! Great work to you all….People need to be a bit more understanding how covid has effected health industry and the people that work in it….
So they charged me 80 dollars for a call consult and the Indian doctor said I haven't been back there for more than 1 year so he can't give me any description. I asked for a refund because they are not doing anything for me and the doctor bit rude until my partner take over the call and tell him the front didn't explain then he agreed to refund me back. And they said they will call me back today but I haven't received any calls yet to discuss my refund. I have been living in Australia for 8 years and always come to this clinic but this time just got me upset. And the reason I can't go to the clinic is that I'm coughing bad and not in the suburb. Anyway, I'm not going to waste time getting my 80 dollars refund. But won't suggest any new clients come here. Oh, by the way, I was waiting for the doctor to give me a call when I succeed to make the appointment but they didn't call me after 30 minutes and I have to call back to tell them no one called.
Had my first visit here this week and will be returning again as the staff were very professional and helpful. While in the waiting room I did observe quite a lot of 'difficult' patients requesting so many appointments probably the same ones leaving the 1 star reviews here and I wonder how the reception staff deal with all these people so well! The doctors were also very professional and welcoming. Thankyou, Adam.
What a pathetic situation. Sittings on hold for more than 15 minutes to someone to answer their phone. The automated tape keeps on saying book it via Easy Visit app. Going to the app shows no Doctor in clinic. Finally answered by someone after 20 minutes of hold and found out no appointments available for 3 weeks or something... What a shameful situation Victorian Health System have got to.
Some good Dr's if you can actually get an appointment but the receptionist staff absolutely ruin it. They are plain rude, blunt and harsh. Definitely went down hill to possibly one on the worst in the area. Such a shame as we've been going there for many years.
