Not accepting new patients and still giving reason because of COVID. My concern is for the people who moved into Craigieburn and their regular GPs are quite far and importantly people who don’t have any GP registered yet, where they should go?? Or you left them not providing any medical services. Very disappointing!!

Have been a client here since birth, no issues and always going above and beyond, doing what they can to assisst.

Dr Donnie and staff has detitcated over fourty years to the well-being of all Craigieburn residents,I doubt any other other practice can claim that title.

I called this morning and was asking if I can see a doctor today. A lady picked up the phone and told us to go in ASAP. So we did. Got to the doctor and she said that she hasn’t pick up any phone call. So I told her that someone told me to come in and she also told me that doctor sonnie isn’t gonna be in for the rest of the week. Please tell me how I would got that information if it wasn’t for someone who work there told me. So I would like to say maybe get someone who can talk clearly and know what she’s doing not someone who don’t care and talk like she’s whispering over the phone. Would not recommend at all. Waste of time.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Sonnie for nearly 20 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best GP in the area. Very experienced, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful. The reception staff is excellent too.

Has been my and my families GP for more than enough  years. NO NEED to go anywhere else .

I want to say a huge thankyou to Dr Sonnie NG practice, as since arriving in Craigieburn just over a year ago and registering with this practice, I might add that when I phone or go to reception the courtesy from the staff is way beyond what is expected and the Doctors also, I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area looking for a GP.

Very gentle and very polite doctor sonnie . So gud and positive way to talk .
