I'm not spiritual or religious, but there is something about this place that I can feel. Have been many times over the years and love it every time. I personally prefer Kara Tjuta at sunset, but you do need to see Uluru sunset for yourself. Take your time, it's the Territory afterall, and soak up the peaceful feelings here. Recommend flying in a tourist flight if you can, you can see so much. Be respectful, don't climb and stick to the paths.

The park is an amazing experience, jaw dropping views, lots of history, and well marked. It's just far from anything so you're left with staying at the Ayers Rock Resort, which is nice but can be expensive, or driving hours from Alice Springs. Also, in the summer, the park is HOT, like it was 38°C when I went in November. I would try to do any walks between sunrise and 11-12, after that it's just too hot. Actually, I highly recommend biking around Uluru. You can rent one from the Culture Center for $45 and it makes for an fun way to get around the Rock. There can be lots of tourists and everyone is fighting for good photo spots. If you want a good sunrises or sunset view get there early.

Despite the extremely hot temperatures and how remote the location is, it is well worth the visit. I went on the 10km walking track around Uluru, which is incredible as at some points you are in touching distance of the rock where you get a understanding of its immense size. This walk is quite long and took me around 1.5 hours, walking at quite a fast pace. Also please take note there is no bathrooms on this walk, the only bathrooms are at the main parking area.

Remarkable and anbsolute respect, there seems to be many spirits no menace instead a merged dream like and yet aware land. This nations land has been one of the most beautiful experience in a land that gives.

Incredible, much more than a rock, especially when you get up close to it. So much more details, waterholes, paintings and aboriginal history to it. The rock definitely holds a special energy and is one of a kind. The nearby Olga's are just as special. Highly recommended. A true wonder of the world. Looks amazing whatever the weather.
