Customer service was unreal & understanding. I’m a local to west end and that what’s I love. A community feel!
What a great spot. Open early. Elixir coffee made by someone who really knows what they're doing! Got a second coffee as soon as I finished the first!
I popped here for a quick breakfast before meeting others... Staff were pleasant... Hot chocolate was very rich and chocolaty... I ordered a Breakfast Roll but you'll see from the image I didn't get a roll but it was a bit slow coming out so I then didn't have time to question it... So many other places about...
Discovered this Hole in the wall cafe afew weeks ago and been back every time I'm in the area The owner remembers my coffee order everytime before I say it. Always friendly and cheap I mean inexpensive!!! Great coffee and lovely atmosphere Cool artwork on the walls
Amazing coffee, great staff.
Charlie the Barista is so friendly, loves to have a good chat and is down to earth! Charges a good price for coffee and doesn't break your bank if you have soy milk like other coffee shops! Would highly recommend for your casual coffee!

Awesome coffee. Fast service. Friendly owner and clearly good mates with his patrons. Got a great 'old West End' vibe. Cash only.
Went in on a Sunday, just before lunch. Barista had been clearly having a long day, gave off a vibe that felt almost as if we'd done her a disservice walking in. Coffee was about the standard of the area good, but there are better in West End - with friendlier attitude.
Cash only, using the same hand making coffee and tendering money, didn't see him use hand sanitiser at all. Customer has to put lid on their coffee cup touching other lid. There was no social distancing and No hygiene
