A hidden gem - from the front it looks like a small bar, but it's a great restaurant with amazing food, cocktails and an excellent outdoor garden area too
They have 1-for-1 mains on Wednesdays so that was great! Was there with my family and the 4 of us had great, healthy meals Service was wonderful too!
Amazing food, great atmosphere and reasonable prices
Lock n Load offers fantastic variety. I've been there for a couple of drinks in their front bar and listened to some great live local music. I've also dined in for a romantic dinner on a Saturday night. Great place catering for all tastes! Also the little garden area out the back mustn't be ignored
Excellent food here. Not the cheapest around, but there quality is there. Live music often performed. Small bar at front. Walk through the bar to amazing indoor dining and courtyard out the back. Dined here a few times and never been disappointed.
Great food--meals were nicely presented with each dish tasting great. Despite being very busy the service was prompt and attentive. Atmosphere was wonderful and the deck out back is a beautiful space.
Great and free live music during the week and on weekends. Great snacks you should try their Filthy Fries!. Great selection of beers and a very inviting atmosphere for meeting new people and enjoying yourself.
Loved the place. This was my first time here and certainly not my last. Good food, fairly good service and great atmosphere. I really do give this place two thumbs up!! :
Very cool place. Too many seeds in the salad for my taste but the salmon was amazing and I loved the crispy skin. Also I would recommend the apple and ginger cider, a different taste but very refreshing.
