Bought two cars from them over a period of few years. Best in sales, patience in test driving and helping after sales. Not sure about service as I haven't been there due to distance. Customer parking is hard to find or get to. Best bet to see cars in weekend and parking on main road possible.

I dealt with Trent Baldwin and found him to be very professional and helpful in handling the trade in of my used vehicle and purchase of my new Honda Civic.

I  am having difficulties with the screen. It becomes totally invisible in bright daylight and is of no use whatsoever when I try to use in when reversing into a parking space. Does anyone else have this problem?
Also the navigation map is not particularly useful. I have to resort to using 
my I-Phone navigation map.  Please can you help.

I recently purchase a Honda Civic RS. I was very happy with the customer service I received from one of the team members- Adrian. He guided me in the right direction to what I wanted, knew what he was talking about and was knowledgeable on both the brand and the car I was buying. He was extremely polite, not too pushy and I would definitely recommend everyone to go in and speak to Adrian when buying a car from Honda. The manager Michael was also very helpful when it came to buying time. I can not speak highly enough of the service and professionalism I received from these two gentlemen and recommend everyone to go see them. I love my new Honda Civic RS and will definitely be going back to them, and recommending my friends and family to see them.

A few moths ago I had arranged to see one of the 2nd hand cars they advertised online as me ad my husband are looking for our very first car and i wanted the specific honda model that they were advertising. Arranged an appointment for inspection however, when we got there they would not let us see the cars we have agreed to inspect and told us they were already sold. Fair enough, but they could have called me before the appointed visit to tell me the cars were no longer up for inspection as that was the whole point of my visit. They tried offering us a newer car of the same model instead. Felt like a bait and switch. Anyways, i tried to bargain because its a bit above our budget and we were already there,but got told by their saleman we wouldnt get the type of model that we want with our budget anywhere but that we can arrange something with their finance team if we go inside (which really i dont know why they are already jumping at since we havent agreed on anything) . But anyways i didnt like their pressuring tactic and declined. Got a brand new honda model somewhere else from another dealership that has better service and people and offered the car that we wanted within our budget.
