After having successfully bought two cars in the past, we walked in to test drive a car today. The staff here at Honda are nice in the sense that they put in extraordinary effort to serve customers. We have not serviced our cars with them and hence can not talk about that side.

Poor salesmanship. Bought a $20,000 car found out the next day the mirror is beyond repair and it will cost me around $1000 to replace. Was told there was ample parking to park a prime mover and nothing was available. Very disappointed. Did not try and help out. Did not mention the mirror was damaged beyond repair. PATHETIC DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

The worst service you can ever get.  The sales manager was a joke.  He talks a lot of rubbish and doesn't pull thru..  I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never ever step foot in their unprofessional shop. I ended up buying a brand new car from another dealer which looked after me and made sure I was happy.. 

I spoke to a guy named Hamid but then he passed me to his sales manager which was a big joke. 

I highly do not recommend anyone to spend half a dollar in their shop.  They wouldn't even let me test drive the car I wanted to drive. 

Worst service you can ever deal with...

The salesperson and service was fantastic, explaining everything with no trouble, and the car is amazing, thank you.
