What a gem. Great, down to earth, beautiful place to stay for a couple nights. Highly recommend for those who don’t need anything fancy, just a beautiful well-equipped cabin, a picnic bench, fire pit and plenty of beautiful bushland surrounding you and giving privacy and space. Also, the family that run it are amazing people who care about their guests.nBonus points for the cute chickens.  Can’t recommend this lucky find enough. We will definitely be staying again.

Stunning location in bushland with generous hosts. Cute cabins with log fires. Kitchen, couch and TV. Oil heater for winter and fan for summer. All the comforts! Guests have access to walking trails for Fitzroy Falls & Twin Falls, which are spectacular.

First, the good news, this place is in a great location in Morton National Park, close to some amazingwater falls. It has a deck which looks on to the bush, a fire pit, and a barbecue.nnBut, the place really needs some love. Our cabin felt tired, particularly the kitchen area. None of the cutlery or crockery matched, the towels were thin and the hot water for our family of four ran out after two brief showers.nnPlumbing aside, I think some of this could be easily remedied with a quick trip to IKEA, and some basic design touches.nnIn short: nice location, but could do better

Such a great location to get out of the city for the weekend. Warm open fire to enjoy a glass of wine at night and close to many walking trails during the day.  The falls are only minute walk away and they are spectacular. The cottage was plenty of space for 5 and had everything we needed. Everything was neat and tidy. The hosts are lovely and very accommodating.

Lovely place to stay. Sharni was very accommodating and made the whole process easy. Make sure you follow the track to twin falls, amazing view!
