Went in after setting up an appointment on line.  And straight away we were greeted by a reception person, who called our evaluator, they took our car out and came back after 10 mins and gave is a good offer on our. So very pleased with how it all went.

While we didn't end up actually buying from Turners purely based on available vehicles vs our budget at the time, this review is for the fantastic customer service experience with Yvan at the Porirua branch. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. When Yvan was temporarily busy with other customers/calls, we were always attended to by his colleagues and were never left waiting. Test drive process was hassle free and we were able to try 4 vehicles without any delays in between.

Really bizarre experience buying a car from this branch, wouldn't recommend. From the first interaction I felt like I was interrupting or inconveniencing the staff. After test driving, noted one thing that needed fixing, collected the car on the assumption that had been done, it hadn't; I had to chase it for a week after collection to get a semi-clear answer on this issue. Car was also empty of petrol on collection, I have never experienced buying a car off a lot with anything less than a full tank, as gratitude for buying a car from the person/company. I had always thought this was standard, but was told very indifferently 'We don't do that here'. I can appreciate the fact that I bought the car over the phone from a different region, but the impression the staff left, combined with the poor service,  terrible. Got the car, too much of a hassle to reverse, but certainly never purchasing from Turners again.

I previously had a bad experience with one particular appraisal last year and swore I wouldn't go back but succumbed and am happy to say that the team of Neil, Frances and Yvan in particular were amazing.  Thank you for making this a much improved and welcoming experience.

Purchased a vehicle recently and transmission failed straight away. I was impressed with Turners who had the vehicle checked, found it uneconomic to repair and reversed the sale so I go all the money back- outstanding service- much appreciated their process.
