Excellent service and very friendly staff.
Really impressed with this companies service and knowledge for our Honda Fit. Took it to a couple of other companies in the past and just ended up wasting time and money. These guys understood the issue and fixed it first time. They have also just sorted out a battery issue for us and went above and beyond on this for a very reasonable price. Thank you!
Top notch service centre. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Servicing is done quickly and reasonably priced. There is a nearby park to take the kids while you wait or go to the Alicetown shops and find a bargain. The entire centre is very clean and tidy. Worth saving a trip to Wellington and get your Honda serviced here instead.

Took my car in for a warranty recall. I specifically asked to be contacted by text or phone when the work was completed there's not a lot to do whilst sitting around waiting for 2 hours in Alicetown. Yes, I was told, and my contact number was confirmed. Over 2 hours later and I was sitting in reception area when I looked and saw my car was parked in a bay and the work had obviously been completed some time before. I went to reception desk and asked why I hadn't got a message. "Oh, sorry about that". Well, this is the most basic customer service and they can't even get that right. Very disappointing that they don't realise other people's time is just as important as theirs.
Took two of my cars there in the space of 3months and they didn't fix either car properly. Paied $1300 to get my Honda fixed cause of a oil leak and they ended up stuffing up a screw for the rocket cover so they had to pay honda Waikato to fix. Then I take my mazda there and they didn't even reassemble my car properly, its missing my top mount intercooler cover. They have made $5300 through me and I am not a happy customer at this point of time
Extremely helpful checking my Toyota's brakes would recommend these guys 05-11-2021 Once again helped my daughter out with a strange noise in the car after her car was hit from behind which helped us with the insurance claim Cheers team
I got failed wof but I got pass wof some where else without extra cost so Let's be honest and i won't stop you go check there but personally I don't like how they act so kind and in the end they want your money . Probably I will never ever go back because I know what they are like. So choice is yours did somewhere else pass the wof just like that ? no they are vtnz it cost more but they are honest for sure .
