I popped in to ask a question as a novice Lexus owner and got more than I bargained. I received great advice, guidance and care from the gentleman who helped me out with electrical operation guidance specifically how to remote open my boot. Learnt how to use all the main software functions of the car and he sorted my initial query as well. Great service goes along way. Have recommended your service centre to my fellow Toyota vehicle owners. A+++ service.

What I mean is that we felt after every interaction, like we were being treated with respect, kindness and patience, as one would treat a family member.nnAbsolutely the best experience we have had, and a very special mention and thank you to Marwaan from Brendan Foot – My father had been going back and forth to Brendan Foot lower hutt, for what felt like almost 2 years! This was because making the decision to purchase another car was a huge decision for him, and wanting to make the right decision took a long time this would test anyone’s patience!. However Marwaan treated my father with absolute patience, respect and genuine kindness- I saw this first hand and was extremely impressed.nnWhen the decision of the purchase was made, Marwaan and the team at Brendan Foot Lower Hutt made the process so easy and streamlined- FANTASTIC service!! My husband and I visited on a Monday, interested in two cars, and spoke with Theo Laatz about trading in our vehicle. He assured us he would email a quote, but after several days, we heard nothing. We followed up with a call on Thursday, yet still no update. Frustrated by the lack of communication, we went to KIA dealership, where we received excellent service and purchased a car the same day. Eight days later, Theo finally sent a quote—only for the wrong car. Clearly, we weren’t taken seriously. Not our loss.
BE WARNED after sales service is bad news. I had a problem with my seat belt so I took the car to Brendon Foot service dept and asked for someone to have a quick look at it. They wanted me to book it in for the whole day even though I I told them I needed the car for work. I also asked if it would be under warranty and they said there would be a diagnostic charge. Finally after making plenty of noise somebody came out and fixed it in about 2 minutes. Have to say thanks to Toyota Wellington because I went there first and service manager came straight out and had a quick look but couldn't see the problem straight away so I had no other choice but to go to BF.
